Any similarity to someone else's work is coincidence and most definitely unintentional.

No commercial use is allowed. You may not re-sell or offer them as your own creations.

These graphics may be altered for personal use including changing colors, sizing, cutting, etc.

You may not alter these images and claim them as your own.

  • Designs created using these graphics may be submitted to magazines, contests, and internet galleries with proper credit given to Benthaicreations

  • By obtaining any free downloadable graphics by Benthaicreations you are agreeing to the terms of this user license. These graphics do not become your property.

  • You may not use these files for obscene,defamatory,or immoral works or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

You may not offer on websites, groups,per e-mail or any way, neither for free or for sale

You may not turn the images into tubes or brushes and share them in any way.

 Scrap For Hire (S4H) TERMS

 

  • You MAY use my kits, paper packs and element packs in creating custom flattened image files or printed layouts for your customers.

  • Your client MUST NOT receive the layered version of the layout or individual elements.

You MAY NOT use my quickpages or brag book pages (Scraps to Share) in your Scrap for Hire work.

You may not create and reuse quickpages with my products to sell to multiple customers.

  • When you post a design I'd love to see your work and leave a comment.

  • If you use any of this kit and get published I'll want to make sure I get a copy of the publication.

• All rights to graphics, elements and scrapbooks are retained by Benthaicreations
• These elements were created at 300 dpi to insure a good printing quality.
YOU MAY:
• You may use them to create items for sale in digital kits.
• You may use them to create pages for paying clients.
• You may use this product for making greeting cards, wrappers, calendars, etc
YOU MAY NOT:
• 1. YOU MAY NOT resell or redistribute these graphics in any way.
• 2. YOU MAY NOT offer them in any other graphics collection, on a other website without links on original image and author.
• 3. YOU MAY NOT offer any of my graphics images on any webpage for download.
• 4. YOU MAY NOT use any of the graphics in the making of brushes, patterns, styles and redistribute them in any way.
• 5. YOU MAY NOT add these graphics to any CD for sale.
• 6. YOU MAY NOT claim as yours.
• 7. YOU MAY NOT use any of my products to create your own CU products with.
• 8. Freebies are allowed ONLY if this product is modified, resized or mixed with other elements!!!

This not includes flattened Quick Pages.
• 9. Not more than 30% of your designs must be my commercial use items.
